-In this case study marine biologists wanted a group of college students to help them see if a narrow fish tank could be built and would be healthy and acceptable for the fish to live in happily. The students conducted an experiment which simulated several fishes movement to see how many times whilst swimming from one end to another they bumped into a wall. It was proven that the fish tank plans were too narrow for the fish to live happily so plans to builg it were abandoned. An alternitive option that could have been taken would have been to build a bigger fish tank and make the wall larger. An alternative outcome would have been to donate the fish take to somewhere else instead of just throwing it away since it couldnt be used for their fish.
